Professional Experience

Immediately before being called to the Bar, Mr Vulpeanu was a solicitor advocate and a director of various law firms in Sydney CBD and regional NSW.

Prior to being a solicitor in private practice, Mr Vulpeanu worked as a police officer and as a police prosecutor with the NSW Police Force.

Publications and Submissions

Mr Vulpeanu is a co-author with the former NSW Attorney-General and Supreme Court Judge, the late Jeff Shaw QC, in the prestigious Australian Law Journal, Thomson Reuters, vol 83, number 2, CRIMINAL LAW; “Defence of honest and reasonable mistake”.
